Why I built
MeetSend.

I spent years attending countless events and trade shows during my time at IBM, Google, Uber, and Insight.

Every time, the same thing would happen. I'd meet incredible people, have high-intent conversations, and leave the event energised.

But the moment I got back to my desk the next day, reality kicked in. Context from each conversation had faded, deadlines from ongoing projects were waiting, and the list of leads from the booth would arrive days later in a spreadsheet.

At that point, the only realistic option was to send generic follow-ups — because personalising every message simply didn't scale. And by then, intent had already dropped. Not so fun fact: for every day a follow-up is delayed, engagement drops by 20%.

Working in sales, I understood that relevance and timing are everything. The follow-up — the thing that actually turns a conversation into a deal — was always the hardest part. Not because people didn't care, but because the tools to do it well simply didn't exist.

MeetSend is the product I wish I had at every event I ever attended.

So I decided to build it.
